Hello.
My bv5800pro stuck at bootloop.
first i tried to factory reset the phone but without luck.
Then i tried to flash it but i cant flash rom. There is an error STATUS DA HASH MISMATCH.
I also try with SPmultiportflash.

please help.

did you try to factory reset it by settings menu or by booting it into recovery mode?

Unfortunately the only solution will be contacting your seller to have it replaced under warranty. Bootloop usually points to an hardware failure.
