Hi,
I got a BV5800 Pro bricked. 
Im not a newbie with Android terminals but im stuck with this one !
I cant communicate anymore with SP Flah Tools, i tried to restore an image from an other BV5800 Pro but i still got the message : ERROR : STATUS_DA_HASH_MISMATCH (0xC0070004)

I can connect with other BV5800 but not on this device, i cant anymore ... Do you think i have to send it to support or do you have any idea ?
It seems i had this message after formating the device ...

I suggest you to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.

sorry to hear that. You probably forgot to untick the preloader. That's what i've done with my BV5800. So the result is a faultly memory adresses. This error cannot be fixed. You need to change the motherboard. 

Please remember that rooting can't be officially supported for obivous reasons, and that it may void your warranty.
