Transparent Film on phone and charger not working

Hi, I just got the BV5800 Pro yesterday and I have to say that for the moment it seems to be a good phone.

I only have 2 question to make:

1) The phone is already equipped with the film protection on the glass? (if I see very near it seems that already is a film on) Otherwise I can use the one I found in the box.

2) Why the charger doesn't work?! I saw that the USB jack in the electric adaptator was not perfect, I tried to charge and I needed to set the cable under a book to fix it well and making function.  :(

Hi there!

1) The LCD is already protected with a film. In the box you can find a spare one as a replacement.

2) If your charger is faulty, you can contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty. As an alternative, you can buy (or use) another charger ;)

They have substituted the screen from previous models with a plastic film. Instead of quality glass used in both the BV6000 AND BV8000 they have substituted the film for tempered gorilla glass.
My advice to you is to treat it like a baby bird, It's going to get broken if it ever falls from you hands. What was once a good brand has become a scam.

As demonstrated above by the Admin, any problems you have with this phone will be ignored by Blackview. If the charger or anything in the box doesn't work, Blackview believes that's your problem as they do not stand behind their product.

Again I have purchased three phones, two were as advertised the third was a cheap knock off by the manufacturer themselves. Don't be fooled.

I have already closed your thread because of your absurd replies. Now you are continuing with this behaviour also in this thread, going, in addition, off topic. Calm down and start following the forum board rules, or I'll be forced to ban you.
