Being rugged, unfortunately, doesn't mean that the phone will be out of the physical laws. 
You can try to contact your seller to have your device replaced, but i don't think he will manage it under warranty terms.
The only think i can suggest is to replace it by yourself. You can find the display here:

This video is a complete lie if the phone won't take a drop of less than two feet and completely shatter.

That is simply bad service I'm sorry. 0.5m drop wouldn't break a normal phone let along a rugged phone.

You cant just push people away like this saying "too bad, go fix it yourself".
Its a quality control issue, you need to step up Blackview.

I believe that the manufacturer or subcontractor substituted a much cheaper screen than the one promised in advertising.
Watch and see... We won't be the only ones who report it being easily damaged.
We are tying to return it to AliExpress and have reported it as counterfeit since Blackview is not responsible for their products construction.

The replacement screens I was directed to make no mention that it's made of Gorilla Glass.

Guys, showing videos and things won't make reality as you want it to be.
Every single FALL or SHOCK is different from others. The phone can survive car wheels, but can also get broken falling from your pokets.
As i told before, being rugged, unfortunately, doesn't mean that the phone will be out of the physical laws and the MANY variables behind them.
''Rugged" means that it has better CHANCE to survive to a fall or a shock. A CHANCE is not a FACT.

User damage doesn't get usually covered by warranty, except specific insurances about it (managed, by the way, by your seller). That's how the world behaves.
Said that, i linked you a replacement screen. If you can't replace the broken one with the new one, you can always commission this task to any phone repair center near where you live.

Just as a note, as stated everywhere, the BV5800Pro is equipped with a REAL gorilla glass 3 display. 
Guys, no one substituted a much cheaper screen to the one promised in advertising. I know that you are upset, but please stop dreaming about cospiracy......and keep yourself grounded.

We are responsible for our products construction, but can't be for every single variable you throw at them.

Let's go from selling a low quality phone and add personal insults to the to the conversation to defend your product.

I didn't insult anyone, as anybody can see in this thread. And i didn't suggest to cancel payment.
