Hi,

I have a blackview A20. Yesterday the touch screen just stopped working. It is not broken or damaged in any way. I have not dropped it. I used the phone, put it in my pocket and in one hour I received a call but the touch was off. What can I do? I tried to restart, there is no change.

I hope you can help me. The phone is 7-8 months old and is working perfectly until now.

Hi there! First try to perform a factory reset (= total data wipe) from the recovery menu.

Thanks for the tip. I have family pics on the phone memory though that i want to keep. It the screen is not working, I can not download them on my PC as I ca not unlock the phone with my pin....is there a way to avoid loosing my data? Should I send the phone to service?

Check your google account with a PC, maybe your photos have been auto-uploaded to Google drive!
