Hi
I am trying to set up my phone for use with work using Microsoft's Company Portal but it is failing telling me i need to update the settings on the device.
After googling it appears that the Play Store security shows 'Device is not certified' under 'Play Protect Certification'.
When I look this up it gives a list of certified manufacturers but Blackview is not on the list https://www.android.com/certified/partners/
I have tried many things to fix it (clearing cache etc etc) but it is not working.
Is there anything i can do to fix it?
