Phone doesn't bypasses blackview logo animation

I have a serious problem wih my phone, i had Hola luncher installed 2 days ago, the hotspot and internet network wore both on and touchscreen was locked (in seequence) i pressed the power button and choosed Reboot option. After that the phone didn't wanted to bootup properly
It shows the first logo and it bypasses
at the second logo it makes a 75% of animation with sound and then it stucks there
if there is some way to apply a recovery data in a zip file in order to recover the boot problem without loosing any data on the phone...
i do not want to be left with the single option to wipe data factory
