For about 1 week I can hear no more callers on the phone, but they understand me well.
It works without problems via Bluetooth headset or via loudspeaker.

I have deleted the memory of the Googel Apps, reset the phone to factory settings, restarted etc. nothing helps.

Do you have an idea?

It looks like your ear speaker got burned. You'll have to contact your seller to have it replaced/repaired under warranty.
