I own a p10000 pro for three months. Since one month, I have problems to charge my phone. I am indeed forced to push the charger down so that my p10000 pro charge, although really slowly. I have already tried to change charger and cable, without succes. Is there not a solution ? Can someone help me ? Should I change the piece ? If so, is there a video showing how to replace this part?

Hi there! It looks like an hardware fault. You'll have to contact your seller to have your device replaced/repaired under warranty, as he is the only one who manages warranty terms.
