P10000 Pro charging port issue

I owned P10000 Pro for three months so far. Here is the issue when I noticed it was not charging:
When inserting c type cable into smartphone charging port, it will not charge. I need to move cable left right or up and down, in addition to pushing cable strongly into the port and only then it will charge?
First I thought it was like other cables where the cable simply has to be replaced BUT I actually tried 4 cables plus using these four cables on xiaomi smartphone. I was sure then that there was an issue with P10000 Pro charging port from inside? I don't know maybe it became loose from inside or what!
I sent messages to official seller on aliexpress. NO REPLY
I sent a message to the official website. MESSAGE WON"T EVEN BE SENT WITH ERRORS COMING EVERYTIME
Now I realize I'm buying a cheap low quality with no customer service all
Very very disappointed that I didn't her any reply yet. Does phone come with warranty??
Please help
