Bug on bv 10000 pro

Hi
I bought a new phone and there is a small bug, when the phone is turned on, and asks for code the keyboard never shows up, for me to dial up the code.... The solution is to go to emergency call and then turn back to original menu, after that keyboard will show up and allow us to put the code to start the phone

Never heard about that on this device. Please perform a factory reset and check again just after that.

Hi administrator, did that and it still the same, forgot to mention that the phone came with android 8.1.

I bought it new on ebay, and it came from UK seller

Hello, l had the same problem. It is if you have the SIM security lock turned on.

Just disable it and the bug will disappear
