The speaker on my P10000 has stopped working.  I tried following the instructions in these links but I nothing has changed.  In fact, I can't even find the loudspeaker settings in the MTK Engineering Mode menu - my screen is quite different.  Can you suggest other ways to diagnose and/or correct this problem?  Thanks.

It really looks like an hardware fault.... you'll have to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.

to reset volume settings in engineering mode, just perform a factory reset of your device.
Start considering about an hardware fault, to be managed by contacting your seller for a replacement under warranty.

Did the blackview P10000 only had 1 speaker on the phone? 
I just got mine 3 days ago and the seller said that the phone only had one speaker and the other sound grill only just for decoration purpose.
