I am very interested in your phone blackview p10000 pro 4g phablet, but I have some concerns about it. Because there are not much information (or none at all) about it here in Portugal, if I may, I would like to ask some questions about it:
Is it compatible with Portuguese operators (I need dual sim with operators MEO and NOS)?
Are the apps compatible with EU/Portugal apps?
IS the charger compatible with Portuguese electricity?
Will it be possible to have updates to the phone in Portugal?
IS there any kind of support in Portugal in case of any phone malfunction?
Where can I buy it without usinge paypal or credit card (with paysafecard, for instance)?
In case of sending it to Portugal, will I have to pay customs something, or is there anywhere I can buy it in Portugal?
I'm sorry for the many questions or if some of them are silly questions.

I'm from Portugal too, and I have been using blackview smartphones for most 2 years now. I have a BV6000 for me a P2 lite for the wife, and a A7 pro as a GPS tool for my campany. 
As blackview_admin suggested, and based on my experience, amazon (ES or UK) are the best places to buy blackview phones. I only buy from official sellers like Blackview Global or products that are Fulfilled(UK)/gestionado(ES) by Amazon. But still amazon customer service is very good. After some months of use I add returned 2 blackview phones due probably to hardware problems with no stress. The [font=-apple-system, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, sans-serif]customer service was so good that I bought blackview phones again.[/font]
