Hi,
I got my new phone few days ago. After first setup it seemed to be working normally. But then it started to freeze and restart at random.
Sometimes it restarts 4x in a row while idle laying on the table.
System apps randomly crash , e.g Google Play services, System UI ect
I have done a factory reset , but no improvement.
My current ROM ver : P10000_Pro_Blackview_V1.2_20180124_20180507-1851
Please help somebody

I've got some updates.
Using a cpu monitor app, i have found that something was using my CPU at 100% with CPU load about 5%.
System and user apps keep crashing randomly, phone still restarts randomly.
I have added some screenshots.
Any ideas?

Rooting can't be officially supported for obivous reasons.

Phone was faulty since I first powered it up. It froze Just after initial setup and restarted several times, same situation after first update to latest ROM. I had it this way for few days.
Root did not change anything, i did not mess up with system. System apps (user-apps also) were crashing with and without ROOT
it is un-rooted now and still not working properly.

one more info, when I was doing first update to latest ROM version after initial setup, phone restarted to install the update, but
while installing it stopped with an error, see picture. Then I had to force restart it, but system did not boot.
So I could not use the phone anyway.
I had to install ROM backup from my friend, luckily his phone is working normally and he made a backup of his phone ROM.
But my device still behave like I described earlier

It seems that you got a a lemon... as known as a faulty unit.
My suggestion? contact your seller and have your device replaced under warranty.
