I had the same issue, very easy fix.
Go to Settings -> Sound -> Sound Enhancement -> BesLoudness and turn it on.
The speaker gets a much louder audio and no need to change anything else.
Please comment if this solved the problem so more people can know about it.

As every phone, the p10000 pro has 1 front auricolar speaker and 1 loudspeaker on its back.

As every phone, the p10000 pro has 1 front auricolar speaker and 1 loudspeaker on its back.

I just dont get it, why blackview design P10000 Pro had 2 sound grill below the phone. It sure makes people think that the other sound grill had a mallfunction.
