Hi all!
I trust you all are keeping up well during this COVID-19 crisis.
I followed the steps to enter the recovery mode (volume up + power on simultaneously) but I cannot see the typical broken Android... instead I am presented with a small menu in the tiniest font possible so it is almost impossible to read. Still, I managed to: 
1. Recovery, 
2. Fast-boot, 
3. Normal 

When I selected "1. Recovery" my phone shows a dead Android with an exclamation mark on its chest and the message "No Command". Nothing else happens.
So, does it mean that my P10000pro does not have a recovery mode built-in? Oo

1. When it show "1. Recovery, 2. Fast-boot, 3. Normal ", use volume up button select "Recovery", and volume down buttom Confirm;
2. And then use volume up/down button select "Wipe data/factory reset",  power buttom Confirm;
