Hi. Big issues vith my Black View 10000 Pro Camera!. Pushing camera app, appears "cant´t connected to camera. Make sure all applications is closed that might use camera or flaslight"

First, please perform a factory reset and try again.
If this doesn't solve such issue, your camera module is faulty or disconnected from the main board. In this case you'll have to contact your seller to have the phone replaced/repaired under warranty.
