enable VoLTE + other

Hi,

I notice that when I call somebody, the phone switch back to 3G, I deduce that there is no VoLTE enabled...
I'm on orange France network, is there an option to activate ?

Other issue, since few day, when I do a deep clean, I have an error message with the setting windows remaining (system interface has stopped working...) ? Bug corrected in next OTA ?

Just a last question, which type of screen protection is on this phone: which version of Gorilla glass ?

Hi there!

1) You should be able to enable VoLTE in the mobile network settings. It is called "Enhanced 4G LTE" or something similar. Remember that VoLTE should be supported also by your carrier and coverage...

2) What deep clean are you talking about? can you take some screenshots please?

3) It should be Gorilla Glass 3

thanks for your return...

Concerning the VoLTE enabling, the VoLTE is not available on Orange France for this model of phone, only fo Iphones, Samsung models and few others...

I have read on other forum than there a question of CSC.

It could be possible to modify it on a rooted phone...

Could you make it VoLTE compatible for the next update ??

VoLTE compatibility relies on the phone carier. We can't make anything for that, unfortunately.
