Official firmware

Hy, I just screw up my phone, I flashed a rom to it from a backup, currently my phone is not working correctly. There is a red text top of the screen and It's only working with one carrier which is saddly is not mine and it's telling me my IMEI is not valid. Could you send me a real official firmware+rom pls cause I can't use my phone in this situation?

We reccomend to flash ONLY official fimwares likned by us for a reason: to avoid issues like that.

Ps. asked tech team to release firmware flash files for the p10000 Pro.

I don't think we getting any update for this phone security,camera or Android I have right ADMIN

I have been in the same situation... And I got 2 bricked phones already
Need the official firmware badly......
