I inserted a sim card from Brazilian TIM carrier in the referred smartphone and it started to receive sms every few minutes from a number called "New Channel 50" which is for broadcasting, in blackview device I can't delete nor disable this channel on the messaging app. How do I stop these sms from being sent? Already tried the sim card on other device and that doesn't happen.

Can you perform a factory reset and test it again?

I found out how to stop these sms. You go to an app called Emergency Alerts> Settings> Settings for Brazil (in my case), which is located at the bottom and unmark the option set for channel 50.

I believe this is why I couldn't stop these sms at the messaging app in the first place, because there's an app just for this broadcast function.
