Withe the p10000 pro I do not hear the caller in normally mode. Only when turning on loudspeakers or using the headset I can hear them. Latest 7.1 and ROM is installed. They can understand me clearly.

Your earpiece speaker looks faulty. Please contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.
