I can confirm the freezing and restarting as well, on regular bases, at least a few times a week. I always hope it doesn't happen at night, since I use the alarm on my phone to get up on time for work. As @Aragorn82 already pointed out, apps seem to crash quite often as well.

Installed the latest firmware update OTA yesterday (now _20170803_20180522-1555) and it hasn't frozen since, but that's just one day. Hoping for the best

@R_Klaske are you sure that you have the same device (P10000 Pro)? since your ROM number is different from mine P10000_Pro_Blackview_V1.2_20180124_20180507-1851 and my OTA says that my ROM is currently up to date

OTA updates delivery is hit and miss: not every user gets the update at the same time / not every user gets the update!
The update is about improving camera performance.
Downloadable version should come soon.

Im using P10000pro since 3 weeks. I got the freeze and random shut down problem. My phone with fully loaded battery (100%) works fine, then reaches 98% and turns off randomly. It looses settings when turned on again, some apps shortcuts on main screen disapear. When reaches battery level like 85-90% it works fine till next charge. I got default android compilation 7.1.1 version 20180124, no updates available. Tried to turn off inteligent battery managment and run in high efficency mode but with no success.

I suggest you to perform a factory reset and try again.

I have made factory reset. Stil the same. Plus...when charged phone ALWAYS turns off...
