Hello Sir, I lost my all data after update and reset. I want to know there is any way to save data before formatting. As earlier I used HTC Mobile which provide a function called "Backup & Restore" which create a backup file of all your data and you restore it when you want. Please tell is there any function in Blackview BV8000 Pro???

Google has a backup feature. You'll find it under settings. When your factory reset your phone and start it again, Google will ask you to restore a previous backup. I also reccommend to manual back up puotos, just to be sure.

I did this before installation but it restore only app not data.

If "data" are files like documents or photos, just connect the phone on your pc and download them.

I think this is not a valid solution you have to provide a some feature or function which allow us to backup all data

titanium requires root. Helium Backup doesn't. you can try it!
