After update my bv8000pro to Android 8, can't install 3 application from Google play store.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... .camera_mxhttps://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... srunclienthttps://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... uk.BukovelThat's application was installed while I have Android 7 firmware.
I chatted with Zombies run support, they sad that Zombies run is available for Android 8.
They recommend to clean cash and date at Google play store app and Google play service app. But that didn't help.

Hi there, please perform a total factory reset of the device and try again.

I was also unable to install some apps while on Oreo. I went back to Android 7 and was able to install them with no issues. One was from my bank, so it might have something to do with the phone not being certified by Google, something Blackview should definitely address.

The BV8000 has been verified with Google for a ling time now (I think it was sorted with the first Update after the phones release)

Every time a phone receives a new Android version (not just an update of the same version) like going from 7 to 8, or from 8 to 9, it has to be verified again.

It looks like an issue related to such apps, unfortunately there's nothing we can do for that. You may ask app developers to release a fix

I know, but for Oreo is different. You have to ask app developers about it. I'm sorry.
