I understand that it is not such a big company with many employees but we urge the update since two months have passed since we updated to this promising update that the only thing that has given us are many errors this terminal was very powerful with android 7.1 but now it is a disgust with 8.0 I have to have almost the whole day loading because the battery runs out fast many update because they promised a longer battery life I hope and minimum say an estimated date

				Hi.
I fully agree in this statement. Was very happy with my BV8000 PRO until I tried this upgrade to Oreo. Had to revert to the previous version and spent a lot of time trying to restore it. The long wait for a stable version is not acceptable. There are other players that deliver, and in the long run your company will be the looser. If you do not have the resources or the skill to fix this, tell us now!
Kind regards

Finally someone fairly fed up. That is a sane behavior. I agree with you all guys.

Same here. I was really excited to finally install Oreo on this phone. I'm now seriously considering downgrading back to 7.1.

Guys, tech team is aware of the issues and bugs you reported. Fix will come as always, but, as always, some time is needed.
In the mean time, if you are not satisfied with the Oreo Rom, you can revert back to the Android 7.1 one.

I could do a tutorial to downgrade to 7.1 I had bad experiences changing the system I was bricked the phones

What's the point if by the time this phone is bugless, its specs are obsolete ? The software has to be ready before the phone release, at most very shortly after...

I think a lot of Blackview phones users are fed up by the way hardware is released without a decent software (and no source code for the community to work on).
But it's tiring to rant about it. Check out other comparable rugged phones when you're really fed up by this behaviour
