Good morning,

I tried the second method twice but it doesn't work
I downloaded the file "black view-bv8000 pro_2018062921_s21v57c2k_jk_tee-ota.zip"
at the root of the SD card
I validated "Apply update from SD card"

then here are the messages:
--Install /sdcard/black view-bv8000 pro_2018062921_s21v57c2k_jk_tee-ota .zip ...
Opening update package
Verifying update package...
Update package verification took 21.8 s (result 1).
Installation aborted.

And back to the menu, here is what is indicated at the top of the page:
Android Recovery
Blackview/BV8000Pro/BV8000Pro
7.0/NRD90M/1520422331
user/release-keys
Use Volume up/down and power.

I also tried the first method several times and without success too.

Where is the bug
My BV8000 Pro is in the version :
Android Version
7.0
Android security patch level
July 5, 2017
Kernel version
4.4.15
root@android #14
Thu Aug 3 15:09:38 CST 207
Build number
BV8000PRO-Blackview-V0.1_20170803

I used all methods, including going back to a previous version (20171227 also failed) from the SD card, from the smartphone root...etc...And IMPOSSIBLE to do this update. Of course, after each update I did a reset factory.

Here are 2 links to the log files following an update today August 13, 2018 with the file "black view-bv8000 pro_2018062921_s21v57c2k_jk_tee-ota.zip" with the update method via the phone settings
Setting > about the phone > update > local update > and file selection on SD card

Can you tell me where the bug came from?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you in advance for your help.
