[TRACKED] Time always showing seconds in lock screen

Hello,
Clock is always in the format hh:mm:ss in the lock screen, even if the option "Display time with seconds" is disabled.
When the phone is unlocked, the behavior doesn't occur and the time is shown according to the chosen setting (with second or without seconds).
Not a big issue, but still an annoyance.
