not asking about it will also not make it come any sooner so what do you expect when you (singular/plural we don't even know) said MONTHS ago that it would be there "soon". Get this shit up the ladder for a company statement and quit fucking around with your customers because THIS is exactly why NONE of us will ever buy a blackview device again

No time to make oreo stable because they need to get there one and only programmer working on a projection mobile phone!? who wants one? NOBODY! pointless waste of time. it'll be oversized have battery issues need a white background and a dark room and the sound will still have to come from the phone. There has never been a successful projection phone because its an awful idea. What are you going to do, stack books to rest it on? You do know about casting don't you? Get your priority's right blackview.

It's also worth noting you are lying on your website: http://blackview.hk/blackview-198/

You mention "Android 8.0 to optimize running performance" and, a couple of slides earlier, fast charging, long standby etc. that all of us in this forum thread know are broken since the Oreo release!
It's no longer "a creative marketing" or how you put it, it's just misleading the customer and I wonder how you have a conscience to do that. It's disgusting.
I'm a software developer, see my projects if you're interested.

Guys I'm very sorry, I can understand your disappointment, but there's nothing more to do apart from waiting for the tech team to fix bugs :(

It's simple, never buy another Blackview.
Not a real IP68 phone (headphone jack) not a battery phone (drain drain drain without using) not a fast phone.

So, can you boost up those guys? So many users are waiting for Blackview to fix the REAL BUGS in the 1.5 year-old phone. What is Blackview thinking about? These rumors are spreading around the network pretty fast. Don't you realize, that it is much easier to spoil the reputation, rather than improve it? The whole bunch of new stupid models won't help Blackview to raise up the sales, if they do not support the previous models properly. That is clear even for a schoolboy.

Of course we know this.

Our goal is to satisfy the customer. We do our best to solve all the problems you have reported. Sometimes, however, it is necessary to wait as there are bureaucratic practices that are not always due to our fault.

So, I still ask you to be patient. The technical team will do everything possible.
