Just have finished OTA installation - everything went fine, phone is working. Fingerprint problem is NOT fixed - at least, it vibrates every time I touch scanner with wrong finger.

Gpay works.

2 times fingerprint sensor stoped work. Reboot helps.

I never get this problem, did you clean cache, dalvik after this rom was installed? That's usually the problem... Really need a good reset after installed ;)
At the first test i didn't do a nice cleaning and problems appears day after day (lost camera, erratic bugs,..) This is confirmed on 4PDA forum...

Thx for hint.

I try to flash this ROM using MediaTek SP Flash Tool v5.1728.00, but I keep getting the following error:

Did you download the right ROM... There is some TWRP backup available. May be try to download it again, the right file name is "BV8000prov1.1_20180914_test" https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z9ahPfHBPAweUueEcWa94kTM2OeEtrSo/view.

By my side, i use the same release of SP Flash and i also use it to flash the Magisk boot (Using the same scatter file). As well, TWRP is not required. I have also done a release from this ROM without bloatware, it goes like a piece of cake to flash it...

Unfortunately didn't manage to get Flash Tool to work, but succeeded with flashing partition by partition using fastboot.
Do you guys also have the middle button (home) glowing in yellow?
I'm a software developer, see my projects if you're interested.
