OREO does not work as it should, thanks to your advertisement I updated the smartphone to 8.0, it was supposed to be beautiful and sucks.
The problem exists not from yesterday or even from the month, but for much longer. Something to do with it and not just write "you can always go back to the older version". I will do it as it will be as easy as updating the local method.

Hi there, we uploaded lot of tutorials for that, but if you don't feel confident about flashing you can always take your phone to a 3rd party phone repair center to have it flashed. Just tell them what to do (our tutorial) and give them the needed files.

I think the best thing would be if blackview behaved well with customers. some dubious updates do not interest me. I want an official statement. SUPPORT FOR BV8000 HAS BEEN TERMINATED. Yes or no. Update the updated Oreo or back to android 7.0. Thank you

Bv8000pro support hasn't been terminated, but as stated many times you have to understand that higher priority has been given to bug fixing for new phones.

Support is ended, but you can download the last version of Android 8 that come with some bugs fixed.

I think Blackview not remember the old talk that " OLD IS GOLD BUT NEW IS FEW". They have to save and serve both customers to survive long in the market. 
My friends suggest me to take another brand phone for better service and security.

I had battery drain on both Android 7 and Android 8 and all times it was fixed with cleaning charging connector on the phone. Means real cleaning, like with brush and soap and then dry it with compressed air from keyboard cleaner for example. And yes this happened after I drop phone into sand or dust.
For fast charge - not sure if it was working during drain or not. Initially I had problems with cable - it is only doing fast charge being connected to phone exact one side. I had to mark proper side of cable to use fast charge.
