As far, as I've got from the Russian 4PDA forum, this version of software V1.1_20180914 were backed up from the new motherboard, received from China as a replacement part for the broken one. So, guy just pulled this ROM out from this new motherboard (post from January 13, 2019). It means, that this is a kind of official ROM, but NOT ANNOUNCED by BlackView (many thanks to you, dear BlackView.....). Three days later, another guy posted almost the same version of ROM, referring to his china friends, however, it is not a backed up one, and it is a little bit bigger in size (1.36 vs 1.31 Gb). Russians consider these ROMs as an official ones. They have also made some changes to software and created some unofficial version (but I am not interested in it). Many peoples have already tried this official ROM (20180914) - almost everybody is happy. They confirm, that the battery issue is gone, moreover, battery even lasts more, than it was on 7.0. I've just checked this ROM with check sum generator - everything is fine. So, tomorrow morning I'm going to flash this ROM with a flash-tool onto my BV8000. Result will be posted here Link is here.

Thank you for the information. It confirms what I have found up to now. I am using this ROM for two weeks now and I am more than happy. Only a few bugs remain unhandled like the back-button sensitivity.

You are welcome. The link in your topic starting message is for backed up version. The bigger one is in the previous link. However, that link already doesn't work. Try this one, but it may need you to create a free account. It looks like, there should not be a noticeable difference, since the build version is the same. But steel, I'm willing to install the complete ROM from China.

1.36Gb. - the one I've posted link for. The only issue is - I can not remove Google widget from the main screen, but I've made it transparent and it doesn't bother me anymore. Battery seems very good now, bottoms are lighted up, but the fingerprint issue is not solved.
