And just to say you are still advertising the Oreo release for this phone on your website, with one of the selling points being improved battery life. In England false advertising is illegal. Obviously I'm not going to start a legal battle but I suggest you do the right thing morally and pull the advert at least.

It's pretty obvious they are focusing there effort on new phones and are reluctant to spend time on older models. 3 months running crippled software is unacceptable. Hands up if you would buy another black view phone! Thought not. I hope they realise by focusing there efforts on new phones and customers they are loosing many future sales from existing customers who would upgrade there handsets at some point.

Tech team is aware of the issue. Tech team is the only one who can fix this bug working directly on the ROM. Delivery time can't be predicted at the moment, i'm sorry.

I find if you leave mobile data off and switch it on only when you need it the battery will last just fine. Less than ideal I know, but more of a solution than blackview can offer.
