Did you actually try this on BV8000 Pro? I guess not, since this version you linked requires Android 9, so it will NEVER work on BV8000 Pro, at least until Blackview release such an android firmware (which I doubt, since they are still struggling to release a stable version 8). Please, if you link to any app, make sure it will work on this phone, and not make people waste their time.
Also, the most interesting feature on Google Camera, which is HDR+, is not supported on Mediatek processors, so this app is pretty useless on BV8000 Pro.

1) try to change the picture quality in the settings, set it to 21mp 4:3.
2) try to install the Google camera that works for me in Android 7, just download the latest version from apkmirror.
