Hi, unlocking fingerprints works worse than on android 7 (unlocking faces probably does not work reliably)

Can anybody else confirm such issue?

That works well for me. Facial And fingerprint recognation are OK.
I m more confused by thé words "Down" And "Up" which are writed when I use fingerprint.

For me it also works OK. Maybe you should try to remove a fingerprint and add it again?

Finger print improved it works better then on 7.0 its faster, more sensitive, works with bank apps in UK , face recognition never worked 100% for me sometime it working sometime it not , I think it depends from surrounding, light, whether etc.
I was researching and find out allot Bv8000pro on Ali express was sold with hello p20 but as far I understand Bv 8000 pro by black view supposed to be with helio p25 proccesor. So maybe some problems are related because of this?

For the face unlocking try the Google Smart Lock face option in settings, trusted devices, face unlock.
