Observations on the leaked firmwares:
1. There's progress - builds have gone from Engineering build to UserDebug builds, presumably Blackview is working on CTS approval and we will move to user builds soon!
2. Software version has gone from 0.1 to 1.0 (maybe it's finally stable?
3. If the software version naming standard still holds (version - date download from AOSP repo - date compiled), looks like Blackview is pulling each update from repo, which gives me hope that we will get security/software updates in the future.
