Cannot access Media on mobile from Windows 10 PC

Already checked that MTP mode is on.
Please perform a factory reset and try again.
When you plug it on your pc, on the phone display (or drop down menu) you'll be prompted to chose how to connect to your pc. Tap on data transfer and everything will work smoothly!
