Bv9700pro fingerprint sensor Is super hot

I mean It burn, only the sensor Is hot. The rest Is normal temperature.

What can i do?

Hello, you mean the fingerprinter was burnt?

Hello, you mean the fingerprinter was burnt?

No, he means the fingerprint sensor on the right hand side is so hot that it burns.
Usually this is caused by a drop. Get a T5 Torx screwdriver, undo all the perimeter screws including one hidden under the Blackview logo plate on the back. When you get phone carefully open, trace the connector from the fingerprint sensor back to the motherboard and gently unclip it from that board. That will disconnect the sensor and end the short circuit. Your phone will work after that without getting hot.
