Mobile data not responding

Hi there, I seem to be having some difficulty connecting to mobile data. My phone is a Blackview BV9000. I have contacted my provider- Virgin Media who have done as much as they could but have now said I need to contact yourselves as they have tried everything their end. The 3G button is showing but it has a cross next to it and won't load any websites. Is there something I need to do with the phone to get it to respond to 3G?

Hi there. Where are you living at the moment? it looks like a band/country incompatibility issue.

Not sure of that, I live in the UK and my work phone is fine and my old phone before this one was fine too

If you live in the UK, all phone bands are working correctly. At this point, your phone internal antenna may got disconnected or damaged. I suggest you to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty, but before that try to perform a factory reset and change SIM slot.
