Hi there, I seem to be having some difficulty connecting to mobile data. My phone is a Blackview BV9000. I have contacted my provider- Virgin Media who have done as much as they could but have now said I need to contact yourselves as they have tried everything their end. The 3G button is showing but it has a cross next to it and won't load any websites. Is there something I need to do with the phone to get it to respond to 3G?
