Your unit looks faulty, with a faulty display or a faulty water seal. I recommend you to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty. ;)

Thank you for your answer. Are you sure that supplier will acknowledge warranty for water leakage?

Hi!

I have the same situation here. I also bought my phone 6 months ago and I tried taking underwater pictures for the first time a week ago, in depth even less than 50 cm. So after that I have had a lot of condensation under the screen and the cameras, then my phone just shut down and wasn't responding at all for 24 hours. When I tried to turn it on BV started bootlooping and then no response again (for 72 hours this time). Today my BV booted into system successfully but shut down 3 minutes later with an error message "your battery temperature is too low. shutting down"

So is there any solution or shoud I also ask my seller to replace it ? I doubt it would be possible to be honest

Unfortunately, you'll have to contact your seller.

Hi,
I contacted seller of my phone. After many mails I managed to convince them to accept mobile to service.
Could you please explain what BV consider for IP 68. Special Waterproof part. Is it 1 hour on 1m depth, or something else ( I find out many definition of IP 68).

Best regards, Zepood

Hi ,
 Thank you for answer.
Could you please inform me about situation I have.
In EU normally seller provide service for phone, but this service have to have certificate from manufacturer that service have employee with needed knowledge for service  and adequate conditions to perform service.
Seller insist that I send phone to China.
Does in China service for BW (service in warranty period) need to have any certificate for service BV phones? If yes which?

Best regards. zepood

Hello,

So I have tried to contact my seller but he is no more available so I had to contact Amazon (France) because he was using amazon platform. As my seller was a third-party amazon client I was told that the only solution is to contact BV manufacturer because my device is still covered by manufacturer's warranty according to Amazon Client Service. So I am a little bit confused between the Blackview forum and Amazon Client Service who both redirect me to each other and I still have my non functional waterproof phone which is not waterproof after all. Could you please propose a solution for me?

Best regards
