You have 2 choiches:
1) Contact your seller to have you device officially replaced/repaired under warranty.
2) Buy a case+buttons replacement from aliexpress https://it.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20180720000950&SearchText=bv9000+case+replacement  
and let some unofficial repair centre replace it. With this option, you could void the warranty of your device.
