BV9000 Touch screen not responding at all

Good morning,

My name is Alejandro I am writing to you from Spain, I bought a BV9000 less than 6 months ago through Ali Express this store https://cectdigi.es.aliexpress.com/store/408794?spm=a2g0s.9042647.0.0.67c263c0EUYWlP and I had problems in the screen, there was a part that was not working, I sent it to China and they fixed it for me and sent it back.

However now the whole screen is not responding at all, I can not even turn the phone off, I am attaching a video, please let me know what to do. 

They told me that they are sending me a new screen that ypu are gping to send from the factory to them. I do not know how to change it, let me know please, I need my phone to work!

PS I just see I can not send a video, please let me know how to send you the video so you can see that the screen does not work

I suggest to contact your seller again to get your device replaced or repaired by it. Warranty is still running!

Could you please describe how you sent phone to China. Did you prepared any custom form for temporary export? Who covered cost for that form?
