BV9000 Won't make or receive calls

Hi, I have purchased 2 x BV9000 phone and both are experiencing the same problem.

Neither phone will make or receive phone calls.

Both phones are connected to a 4G Network, they can receive cellular data and can send and receive MMS & SMS.

Can you please advise what problem would be preventing the phones making or receiving voice calls?

I have found the problem.

Australia's main mobile network is Telstra and their 3G network is 94% covered with B5 850MHz which isn't supported by the BV9000.

Do not buy BV9000 for use in Australia !

I am having the same problem, it has nothing to do with the network, A friend has an identical phone and uses the same network and has no problems. Mine will not make or receive calls.

In your specific case, your device is faulty and needs to be replaced under warranty, You'll have to contact your seller for that.
