Sim Card not Reconized in BV9000

The BV9000 does not recognize the sim card. In one place he connected to the data, and allowed to send text messages. It did not allow calls. Then we move to another place, and do not have networks available.

we have tried automatic selection of the operator, reinitialize to factory configuration, manual configuration of networks. No option has been possible to put the phone to work.

My simcard is from Telus Canada. This network operates on the frequencies of 850/1900 MHz.

First you have to contact your phone carrier to get your correct APN settings, wich you have to set.
Then enable your data connection and everything will work.
