BV9000 microphone problems

I have just purchased a new BV9000 (ROM version 0.5-20180199).
The phone is completely useless in speakerphone/handsfree mode because the outbound audio is very low and completely muffled, so much so that the other party cannot understand what is being said.
Also when recording via the inbuilt app the recording levels are so low that the Vu meter barely moves and the recorded audio is very quiet.
This problem also seems to impact upon the accuracy of Google Voice.
This is the first time I have moved away from Samsung phones in amny years and did so because the online reviews were good, but now I am regretting it because the faults mean that two of the things I frequently use the phone for (handsfree and recording) do not work.

what is your firmware version?
did you update your device?
did you perform a factory reset?

1 Firmware version is V5.0-20180119.
2 Device has been updated
3 Factory reset has been done but fails to solve problem

The solution you have provided does not solve what is clearly a hardware problem.

For me the problem was solved when I opened the mobile and turned the golden terminals that pressed the speaker to push it permanently Fixed the problem of the microphone and the headset that it seems that it works well for me .

if the previous user found the solution by opening the device, how do we solve it, we do not know how to do that?

For such user the problem was hardware related. For you others there is a link I posted few posts ago.

I had the same Problem with the microphone and turned it off with your help.
But a few weeks ago i had a systemupdate from Blackview an now i don´t come in the Systemdevice "unknown mmi code" and many Apps don´t run.
The Update was not good, what can i do???
