Dear Blackview,
yesterday arrived me brand new Blackview BV9000. I have problems with alarm clock. If I set up alarm on exact time then I turned off the phone.

On the exact time which I set the alarm the phone turn on on Flight mode and the display is black and do nothing. So the phone doesnt wake me up . Then I must manually turn off the phone then start with no alarm and working normally without any alarms which I set. If it is turned on and I set up the alarm, the alarm clock is working.

Please test and fix this glitch. I can post there the screen.

I bought the phone from gearbest.com, my country Slovakia.

I have some news. If you install update BV9000_Blackview-V0.9_20180120_20180120-1156 alarm clock now working normally and turned on when the phone is turned off. You can see the attachment.

problems still persist, it will be fine only few days.

I have same problems after new update. I cant reset phone (wipe/factory reset) like "powerbutton+volumeup", after this combination phone show only chinese letters.
