Device do not certificate Google

I just received my new Blackview BV9000 pro. But when I try to use an application from google (p. example play store) appears a message sying that the device is not certified and that I must contact the manufacturer.
Nowadays I can´t have new applications in may device and the use is very restricted.
I need a solution . Thanks
