Hello!
Problem with my new phone(2 days in use)
The interlocutor complains that I am hard to hear, it seems far and very quiet.
Also, when recording video, the sound is hard to hear.

Please, help me how to solve the problem?

I have the same problem. How do I get this fixed under warranty? Build # V0.5-20180199.

Here we are talking about the BV9000, not the BV9000 PRO.
