voice volume during the calls

hello, I have the new bv9000 pro, all works fine except the microphone during the calls, the others doesn't hear me, my voice volume is really low.. I have read something about the engineering menu but I don't know what to change in order to solve this issues, the firmware is the last available. please let me know if you can help me.
