So what you are essentially telling me is that you are unwilling and uninterested in honouring the warranty on your product?

Which bit is it that youa re sorry about, that the store did not respond to my question or that you have the money but I have a useless phone?

open case on paypal or ali... and return the phone back, then you got the money back.

Blackview is surely the most unhelpful and arrogant company it has ever been my misfortune to deal with.

Your latest suggestion is equally unhelpful as the vendor is dishonest.

Why is it so difficult to get replacement parts and why does the Blackview online store NEVER respond to messages?

Time for a public and social media campaign so the world can learn that Blackview's warranty counst for nothing.

You should know that Aliexpress can bypass a bad seller and give you a refund anyway...

AGAIN, warranty service is managed by the SELLER. If the seller doesn't answer, Aliexpress will sort out the issue and refund you.
Wich part of this sentence is not clear enough?
